Join us for a restorative escape in the Malvern Hills — a day to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body and mind. Enjoy uplifting Pilates sessions, a guided scenic walk, fresh air, good food, and mindful moments in nature. Take time for yourself while connecting with others in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

 

🌿 What the Day Includes

🧘 Morning Energising Pilates Led by Jocelyn, an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI-certified Pilates Instructor.

🚶‍♀️ Guided Scenic Walk A 5-mile hilly route through the stunning Malvern Hills with Sarah from Walking the Hills.

☕ Morning Refreshments Tea, coffee, mini pastries, and fresh fruit.

🍽️ Delicious Buffet Lunch Served with tea and coffee at our venue.
