Lovely to meet you !
Hi, I’m Jocelyn,
I trained as a Physiotherapist in the NHS and discovered Pilates over a decade ago while looking for a smarter, more sustainable way to help people move well.
I’m passionate about combining my physiotherapy knowledge with Pilates to create sessions that are safe, supportive, and genuinely effective — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident in your body.
What My Clients Say

Tanya
40s, Consultant
I started Pilates after having children and needing to rebuild strength and realign myself.
As a physio, Joce was exactly the instructor I was looking for. The classes are so well organised, structured and fun.
Joce mixes humour with professionalism and is extremely supportive to all, helping tweak people individually to ensure correct posture. I actively look forward to the weekly classes and highly recommend.

I signed up to classes with Jocelyn as I needed to engage in some gentle exercise.
I understood that Pilates is good to improve balance and general flexibility whilst working on all muscle groups and joints.
Since commencing the class I have certainly noticed a difference in my core balance and general flexibility which has also helped to improve hip and back pain.

I love Jocelyn's style of teaching; she gives very clear instructions and engage in each activity which helps me immensely
Peter
Retired Commercial Manager
I started Pilates with Jocelyn about twelve months ago following injuries sustained in a car accident 2 years prior.

Since having regular one to one ( Pilates ) sessions with Jocelyn my ongoing pain has been reduced ,along with improved movement and limb articulation.

Jocelyn's teaching style is very professional with a friendly approachable demeanour, she is also hands on but only as necessary in order to facilitate correct movement and ultimate benefit, Jocelyn also mirrors/demonstrates each of the various Pilates movements during each session.
Jocelyn's persistence at getting it right (she does not miss a wrong/poorly executed movement!), her encouragement ( I always leave feeling some kind of achievement) and her lovely warm studio keep me coming back !

I was recovering from a frozen shoulder where I had lots of PT then the other shoulder was affected, I was attracted to Joce’s classes due to her professional background.
My shoulders have almost completely healed and I am convinced Joces classes have contributed to this.
Joce was always able to give alternative moves when I was unable to do the move due to pain.
Professional, calm and encouraging, always able to adapt moves to make it suitable for all levels.
Each week the class challenges me and she always has new moves to keep the class interesting. The class is a good pace and you always work hard but safely.
